Due to their size, all Jarvis paddle boards are shipped via freight delivery. We offer worldwide shipping, with every board handcrafted and shipped from our Chicago studio. Local pickup from the studio is also available upon completion.
Since all boards are built to order, please allow approximately 8–12 weeks for production, plus an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery. Expedited production may be available for an additional fee depending on current production volume and timeline requirements.
Jarvis boards are handcrafted using premium wood veneer, marine-grade composite construction, and hand-finished materials designed to age beautifully over time. Each board is protected with a yacht-grade ceramic coating selected for long-term durability and environmental protection.
To preserve the finish and natural character of the materials, boards should be stored indoors or in shaded environments whenever possible. Prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat may accelerate natural fading and can cause elevated surface temperatures, particularly on darker woods and rail colors.
Rinse with fresh water after use and allow the board to dry thoroughly before storage. Natural aging and subtle variation in wood, leather, and brass are considered part of the material experience.
Each Jarvis board is covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, improper storage, prolonged sun exposure, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear developed through regular use and aging.

Heirloom Repair & Restoration
Jarvis boards are designed to be used, cared for, and kept for many years. If your board is ever damaged through accident, wear, or age, we will always do our best to help repair or restore it.
Whenever possible, repair work is offered at direct cost with the goal of keeping the board in use rather than replacing it. As long as we are building boards, we intend to support the ones already on the water.

Returns
Because every Jarvis board is handcrafted to order specifically for the customer, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or returned once production has begun. All sales are final.
If your board arrives damaged or you experience an issue related to craftsmanship or manufacturing, please contact us directly and we will work to make it right.
