Shipping & Returns
Jarvis Boards wants your online shopping experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. If you have any questions at any time before, during, or after your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Some of our Apparel items are printed or embroidered on-demand and may take a few additional days to arrive.
Order Cancellation
1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
2. To cancel an order, customers must contact customer service (support@jarvisboards.com) with their order number and request cancellation.
3. If the order has not yet been processed, it will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund.
4. If the order has already been processed but has not yet shipped, the customer will receive a partial refund for the amount of the items but not the shipping cost.
5. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the items for a refund. Also, the return freight fee will be at expense of the customer.
6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Jarvis Boards reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been shipped or if the cancellation policy has been abused.
Damaged Order
1. If you receive a damaged order, please take a photo of the damage and email it to our customer service at support@jarvisboards.com.
2. Once we receive your email, we will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action.
3. If the damage is minor and does not affect the functionality of the product, we may offer you a partial refund or a discount on your next order.
4. If the damage is significant and affects the functionality of the product, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
5. We may require you to return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide you with a return label.
6. Please note that we can only offer refunds or replacements for damaged items if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we believe that the damage was caused by misuse or mishandling of the product.
Exchanges
1. Customers can exchange their purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached, and the return freight will be at cost of the customer.
3. Proof of purchase, such as an email of order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
4. Exchanges can be made for a different item of equal or lesser value.
5. If the customer wants to exchange for an item of greater value, they will need to pay the difference in price.
6. If the item being exchanged was purchased on sale, the customer will only be able to exchange for another sale item of equal or lesser value.
7. Refunds will not be given for exchanges, but store credit may be issued if the customer does not find something they wish to exchange for.
8. Jarvis Boards reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria or if the exchange policy has been abused.
Returns
1. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
2. To initiate a return, please reach out to support@jarvisboards.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item.
3. Please note that the return freight cost will be at expense of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchased order.
