FAQs
Since all of our boards are handcrafted to order, please allow 8-12 weeks, plus an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping. We also offer priority scheduling for paid-in-full reservations. Contact us if you need expedited production for a fee, which depends on how busy we are and how quickly you need your board.
Boards are shipped via specialty freight carriers to protect your board during transit. You’ll receive tracking once it leaves our Chicago studio. Fully insured crated white-glove delivery options are available by request.
Very little. Our marine-grade epoxy and ceramic preservation coating protect the wood from UV, water, and abrasion. Simply rinse after use and store indoors, or outdoors under a cover. If you ever want a refresh, we offer professional refinishing services.
