SHIPPING & RETURNS

Jarvis Boards wants your online shopping experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. If you have any questions at any time before, during, or after your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Boards: All wood boards are charged a flat rate of $75 for shipping within the continental US. We will ship your board using a specialty freight carrier or UPS Freight which varies depending on the geographical region. Transit times are typically 4-6 days.  Of course, if you are in the Austin area, you can pick up your board free of charge. We are a small business so it's likely the same people who made your board and answered your emails is also shipping it. As such please allow us up to a week to get your new board shipped out. If you have an urgent order, please email us. 

For all international orders, please contact us prior to placing an order and we can provide a quote for shipping.  

 All Other Products: All other domestic orders have a flat fee for shipping. All items typically ship within 3-4 days and are shipped using UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx Ground.

Returns: Our boards are hand made in our Austin studio with pride. We put every effort into building the best boards that we possibly can and that we would be proud to own. The handmade nature of our boards means that there may be  variations in wood grains, colors and finishes from board to board. If for any reason you are unhappy with your board, we will do our best to find a solution that works.

Because custom boards are typically very customer specific, no returns will be accepted for custom orders. All non-custom orders may be returned within 30 days if in undamaged/unused condition. A restocking fee of $400 dollars will be charged for returned boards to cover the costs of freight. Custom orders typically require a non-refundable deposit. Deposit amounts vary depending on the level of customization.
