Glass-In Vent Plug – Self-Venting (Casica Design)

This self-venting plug includes a Gore vent screw and is designed to be installed under the fiberglass layer, directly into a foam core or internal blocking of your hollow board. The Gore membrane allows constant airflow to regulate internal pressure—no need to open or close it manually.

• Install under glass into foam or internal blocking

• Automatically vents to prevent delamination from pressure build-up

• Ideal for EPS or hollow wooden boards

Note: For hollow paddle boards with large internal air volume, we recommend using 2x vents:

– One Glass-In Vent near the tail

– One FCS Handle with Gore Vent at the center for carrying and airflow

Boards should never be left in direct sunlight or upside-down on racks.
