Exceptional Service and Beautiful Boards
At Jarvis Boards, every client is part of the process. You’ll choose from rare, sustainably sourced hardwood veneers, and we’ll craft your custom paddle board one at a time in our Chicago workshop. You’re welcome to visit the shop, see your board in progress, and even customize your own graphics to make this board truly yours.
Every client receives personal support, detailed updates, and a handcrafted board built to last for generations. This is more than gear — it’s a legacy piece you’ll be proud to own.

For Curators of Quality
Each Jarvis Board is crafted one at a time in our Chicago studio. Using rare woods and quality materials, we create legacy paddle boards — made for riders who want something truly unique

Designed By You
No two Jarvis Boards are the same — because no two paddlers are. With our interactive 3D configurator, you can select your wood veneer, accent colors, and accessories to match your lifestyle and taste. Whether you’re going bold or minimalist, lake cruiser or coastal adventurer, we’ll help you design a board that’s all your own.

American Made, Start to Finish
While most paddle boards are mass-produced overseas, Jarvis Boards are built in-house at our Chicago studio — no outsourcing, no shortcuts. We source sustainable materials, support local craftspeople, and believe in creating products that reflect the best of American craftsmanship.
