Board Spotlight: The Longhorn Board
Hello everyone! It's been a while since we've written a blog post but we have been hard at work giving Jarvis Boards a little makeover during the last couple of weeks. We will be giving you guys a little introduction into some of our exciting new features in the coming weeks but today we wanted to give the spotlight to one of our brand new limited edition wood wakesurf boards: The Longhorn Board.
We were inspired to build this custom wakesurf board by the exciting Texas win over the Oklahoma Sooners to once again claim the "Golden Hat." Also, due to the prestigiousness of the University of Texas trademark, we are only allowed to make TWO of these wood wakesurf boards. They will go fast, so snag yours before they are gone forever.
We have been pretty stoked to show you guys this pair of custom wakesurf boards because not only do they feature the beloved Longhorn, but they also feature some new premium wood. These wakesurf boards have our same Maple and Cherry design that have you guys have become familiar with, but they also feature a new type of wood, Bubinga. We used the Bubinga wood to make the Longhorn logo stand out near the tip of the wood.
