Look no further than our Locally Grown Complete Kit, which is a bundle of our most essential items for completing your board.  Our Locally Grown Complete Kit includes the following items: Laser Cut Frame Kit Epoxy (We don't ship Epoxy to Canada because it is Hazmat). Fiberglass cloth (9 yards, 38" width) Glassing Supplies (Mixing cups, gloves, brushes) Plastic Parts (Fin box, Leash Plugs, Handle and Vent) Custom Graphics Kit Waterproof Polyurethane Glue Wood for the deck skins is not included in this kit. Most builders source lumber locally, but we do offer Pre-milled Paulownia wood strips and planks for your convenience. 

The San Marcos Frame Kit provides an upgrade from our digital or printed Plans, saving you time and the expense of sourcing your own plywood and cutting each frame piece by hand. Our Frame Kits are precision cut using our in-house laser cutter so builders can ensure 100% accuracy of their new board build. Our Frame Kits feature: All internal pieces including Cross Pieces/Ribs, Rails, & the Center Spine Integrated Rocker Tabs for assembling Frame on a flat work surface Numbered pieces for easy assembly 40+ page detailed step-by-step instructions We designed our kits to make them as easy as possible for the first time builder with a limited number of tools, but still leaving room for your own creativity to choose your own outer wood skin design. Here is an instantly downloadable or hardcopy set of full scale plans for building your own San Marcos Frame in either the 10'4" or 11'4" model.  Plans include: All Frame pieces including Cross Pieces/Ribs, Rails, & the Center Spine Integrated Rocker Tabs for assembling Frame on flat work surface Pieces & layout optimized to fit on one 4×8’ sheet of 5mm or 6mm/0.25in plywood 40+ page detailed step-by-step instructions You will need to source the materials locally and cut out each section of the frame yourself. For international customers, those on a tight budget, or curious builders, this is the perfect place to start! PDF Plans can either be printed full scale by your local printer on 24” wide paper (recommended), or using your home computer, so that you can accurately trace and cut out the internal ribs to get started building your next paddle board.  CNC Plans are for builders that have their own CNC router and would like to use it to cut their own frame. The files will be sent via DXF format. Paper Plans will be printed full scale and shipped in a 24" packing tube ready to be traced out and cut out on your material.    Watch Frame assembly video here:
