Included in the study plan is the outline template of the board along with rib placements, volume specs, and more. The study plan will give you a more detailed view of what's inside our hollow core paddle boards. It will allow for a more complete picture of the mechanics of the board so that you are able to fully understand the shape and performance characteristics so that you can more easily compare boards. Are these the same boards as the in-stock boards that you sell?
Yes and no. We’ve taken our proven shapes that we’ve made for customers across the globe, and have adapted them to make the building process easy for the DIY builder at home. This gives you confidence that you’ll have a high performance, great looking paddle board that has been tested by paddlers worldwide.
Which board is right for me?

Can I use the study plans to build my next board?
No, the study plans are designed to give you an idea of what's inside our boards and a better understanding of the shape. For full sized templates that can be printed and used to trace and cut out the internal structure visit our full-sized plans.
