Remote Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline hero to our customers, helping facilitate a smooth and fluid experience from brand discovery through board delivery. This is an opportunity to join a local entrepreneurial company with a passion for crafting high end products. This position will provide flexibility to work from home once product and process proficiency has been established. This position will require working in office up to 8 hours per week. 


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Work proactively with other team members to find resolutions to customer requests
  • Facilitate order fulfillment by scheduling carrier pickups
  • Understand client pain points, communicate their concerns internally, and influence our product
  • Create and maintain helpful documentation for use by our customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a phone/email support environment
  • Comfortable working remotely with the ability to meet in person up to 8 hours per week
  • Experience working at a startup, with tools like Zendesk a plus
  • A team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats. 
  • Handles stress well: Conflict resolution skills and a personality that thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Great verbal and written communicator
